Cyril Brignone – CEO
Cyril is the Chief Executive Officer of Arrayent and a board member. Most recently Cyril led the company’s worldwide sales and delivery team, and he was previously responsible for defining the Arrayent Connect Platform product portfolio. Before joining Arrayent, Cyril co-founded Vator.tv, an online portal for emerging startup companies to showcase themselves. In 2000, he came to Silicon Valley from France to work at Hewlett Packard Laboratories as a Senior Research Scientist Manager, and later led the HP Smart Environment Research Group. There Cyril initiated and managed research partnerships with partners including SAP, NTT DoCoMo, and the Taiwanese government. This research resulted in the creation of the HP RFID and Sentient Spaces programs. Cyril has 15 years of experience in distributed Smart Spaces and the Internet of Things (IoT). He holds 23 patents in the field. Cyril holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Centrale de Lyon in France.
Bob Dahlberg – VP, Business Development
Bob joined Arrayent in 2009 and secured Arrayent’s early major customers, including Whirlpool, Pentair, First Alert, and Chamberlain. He is now responsible for expanding Arrayent’s business initiatives worldwide. Prior to joining Arrayent, he was a partner at Horizon Ventures, where he sourced over half of the deals for which term sheets were presented. Bob began his startup career in marketing at Synopsys in its pre-revenue days. He later became GM of Synopsys’s $100 million Application Engineering Services business unit and established the Synopsys Venture Fund. Before Synopsys, Bob was a product manager at Intel Corporation where he was responsible for Ethernet, data communications, and digital signal processing ICs. Bob holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley.
William Oget – VP, Engineering
Guillaume (William) Oget leads Arrayent’s Engineering and Product Management teams as the company’s VP, Engineering. William brings to Arrayent more than 15 years of experience in the implementation of IoT/RFID and Cloud based-systems. He joined Arrayent in January, 2015 as the Vice President of Field Operations, where he and his team worked directly with Arrayent’s customers to deploy consumer IoT products across four continents. William has filed nine patents and holds a CISSP certification and M.S. in Computer Science from Mines ParisTech.
Peter Radsliff – VP, Marketing
Peter is responsible for all aspects of the company’s worldwide marketing strategy. He previously held executive leadership, marketing, and product management positions at a number of consumer products companies at the vanguard of connected products, including: Presto Services, Candi Controls, Mirra, Monster Products, and Sage Systems. In all, Peter has served as CEO or VP at seven venture-backed startups. He holds three patents and has taught undergraduate and graduate design courses at San Francisco State University’s Dept. of Design & Industry where he received his B.A. and completed his graduate coursework.
Jarrod Sinclair – Chief Architect
Jarrod is Arrayent’s Chief Architect, responsible for architecting Arrayent’s IoT Connect Services. He joined Arrayent with experience in a wide range of technical positions including software engineer, solution architect, hardware developer and business process analyst. Before joining Arrayent, Jarrod was founder at nMesh where he developed an IoT sensor network and cloud service for Agriculture. Previous to that he was at Signet, a digital media solutions provider, where he played a key role in developing Signet’s SaaS and hardware offerings, cloud infrastructure, and the architectural and technology standards for development. Prior to Signet he spent eight years in Hewlett-Packard Enterprise as an Information Systems Architect driving a number of customer and internal information system projects. Shane Dyer – Founder
Shane founded Arrayent in 2005 and is an Arrayent board member. Before Arrayent, Shane was the co-founder and CTO of Propellerhead Studios, a design studio that specialized in consumer electronics products for young adults. In 1998, Shane became CEO of ActivePhoto, which partnered with Polaroid and Sprint to deliver Internet-connected digital camera systems to large enterprises such as Allstate and Kemper Insurance long before digital photography became mainstream. Shane began his career as a researcher at Rockwell Science Center, where he developed new networking algorithms for low-power wireless systems. Later he became a VLSI design engineer at C-Cube Microsystems, working on cable and satellite set-top box designs. Shane holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
