Shane Dyer - President

Prior to founding Arrayent, Shane was the co-founder and CTO of Propellerhead Studios, Inc., a design studio that specializes in consumer electronics products for young adults and children.

Before co-founding Propellerhead Studios, Shane was the CEO of ActivePhoto, Inc. This venture backed digital imaging company partnered with Polaroid and Sprint to deliver internet connected digital camera systems to corporate customers such as Allstate Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and Levy Latham Global.

Prior to starting ActivePhoto, Shane was a VLSI engineer at C-Cube Microsystems (now LSI logic) working on ASIC development for cable and satellite settop box design. Additionally, he was a Research Scientist at Rockwell Science Center, where he developed low-power wireless systems.

Shane holds a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.

Bob Dahlberg -Vice President of Business Development

Bob has over 20 years of semiconductor and software industry experience, primarily in bringing new technologies to market. Early in his career he was Field Marketing Manager at Intel, responsible for securing design wins for digital telephony, digital signal processing, silicon foundry, and Ethernet products. Bob began his start up career at Synopsys by launching and evangelizing Synopsys's first product. From there he held multiple positions: the first Japan and Asia Sales Director, GM of the $100M Application Engineering Services business unit, and Vice President of Business Development, where he established the Synopsys Venture Fund. In 2001, bitten by the start up bug, he joined ReShape, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development where he contributed to raising $24 million in venture capital. He spent the last four years at Horizon Venture as a venture partner, sourcing and vetting over half the deals that the fund delivered term sheets.

Bob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with Honors from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jonathan Brill - Vice President of Sales

Jonathan leads the sales organization at Arrayent and is responsible for driving all sales initiatives for the company by communicating and delivering the value of Arrayent’s products to its portfolio of customers and partners.

Jonathan brings over 15 years of proven track record in building successful sales and marketing teams for customer-centric software companies. He has experience selling business intelligence solutions to enterprise clients using both SaaS and on-premise solutions. He previously ran sales at Glassbeam, a SaaS-based product analytics application used by companies such as EMC, IBM, and HDS. Prior to Glassbeam Jonathan held a sales leadership position at Camstar where he built a successful new vertical focus and lead an industry wide supply chain management initiative. Jonathan has also held sales leadership positions at Abrevity, Solid Information Systems (now IBM), Kazeon Systems (now EMC), and Oblix (now Oracle). His domain expertise includes business intelligence, storage management, security, and infrastructure management software in the enterprise.

Jonathan holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University East Bay.

Dustin McIntire - Systems Architect

Dustin McIntire is a professional electrical design engineer with more than ten years of experience designing hardware and software for wireless communications, sensor networks, and telematics systems.

Prior to joining Arrayent in 2006, Dustin worked for five years as a senior design engineer at Sensoria Corporation, a venture funded wireless communications company emphasizing municipal mesh Wi-Fi equipment and military surveillance systems. He has also worked for Rockwell Science Center in the wireless communications group designing high performance military radio systems.

Mr. McIntire is also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he is studying wireless sensor systems. His area of emphasis is creating energy aware hardware and software architectures for high performance, long-lived sensing platforms. Dustin's latest academic design, the Low-power Energy Aware Processing (LEAP) System, has been utilized in graduate academic course work for over 2 years. Dustin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Harshy Wanigasekara- Application Architect

Harshy Wanigasekara is Arrayent's Application Architect. He comes to Arrayent with over 15 years design and engineering management experience in human interface systems, distributed fault-tolerant systems, and embedded real-time systems.

Prior to Arrayent, Harshy worked at Omneon Inc., where he developed the company's command and control systems, real time control tools, distributed fault-tolerant storage systems, and managed the company's web-based management and configuration console for professional and enterprise grade video mass storage applications. Before Omneon Harshy worked at C-Cube Microsystems (now LSI Logic), leading the team that designed the real-time components and user interfaces. Prior to C-Cube Harshy worked at Philips Electronics, in the North American research division. He was involved in research on user interfaces, digital television set-top receiver architectures, and the technology transfer to the product division that launched a new product line.

Harshy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University in New York.
